2025-26 Application for Preschool

Completion of this application does not mean that your child is enrolled. It is the first step and is required to obtain an interview. This information is necessary for Grace Ridge Preschool to comply with state child care licensing regulations and to enable us to better understand your child and meet his or her needs.

Preschool (ages 3-5) operates Monday through Friday, 8:00-11:30AM. For holidays, delays and closings, the Preschool follows the Wayne Highlands School District calendar.

Daycare (ages 3-5) will be available from 11:30-5:30, Monday through Friday, for any children attending morning preschool.

Preschool will be charge monthly, $425.
Daycare will be charged at a flat weekly rate:
2 Days/$56 a week, 3 Days/$84 a week, 4 Days/$112 a week, 5 Days/$140 a week

Child must be potty trained to attend programming.
